When incubating yoghurt in large fermentation vessels, its called stirred yoghurt. The yoghurt is stirred to obtain a smooth and viscous end product. Its stirred before filling and packaging

Like with any other yoghurt production, we are always able to manage and control the fermentation down to the smallest detail. This applies to stirred yogurt both with and without added flavor.

Stirred yoghurt is fermented in the tank and the fermentation is ended when the yoghurt is pumped out of the tank. 

With the right stabilizer and bacterial culture, we can make a unique yoghurt that meets the requirements in regards to texture, mouthfeel and acidity for this kind of yoghurt.
